You Just Never Know

Sometimes I wake on the edge of sadness. Dreams honeycomb my sleep. I lie quietly feeling my heart beating.

I count my Blessings.

  1. Hi Barb~~counting my blessings along with you. I go through spells of waking up with that sadness. Always love it when the energy shifts and you wake up with a clearness or softness in the heart. I wish the energy shifts for you soon.

  5. I "think of all the good things" - refocus our mind and heart. Thanks for the reminder. I hope your "good things" ease your soul.

  6. What is that in the photo? I like the look of it.
I get a lot of thinking done during the full moon. I know I am not the only one that it pulls awake at night. How about you?

  11. Barb, you have such a way of saying it exactly as it is. I had a wakeful night last night. I couldn't even count my breaths. I'll try listening to my heartbeats if it happens again tonight.

Thanks for putting my book on your wish list. I don't know when an ebook will be available. It will come out hardback first. So I'll keep you posted.

    All best, Madeline

  12. That’s a neat image to compliment your thoughts. Yes, we should count our blessings and not dwell on the other.

You're in Breckenridge? It's one of our favorite family spots. We are skiiers!
