Wonderful place you've created here, Barb! I'm sure to be back to visit! Your imagery is perfect ~ I feel the chill and the wind and the snow of my face ~ *Maria
Barb, I have to tell you, I found your other blog two or three nights ago, and wandered about on it for quite a while. You are absolutely my newest role model, and I'm so, so glad that you're returning to health and out and about on skis and wandering the world with your incredible photographic eye and beautiful words. It's an honor to have found you in the world.
Love the 'frostbite day.' The picture is wonderful especially because you look so much a part of this amazing landscape. I too am so glad you are returning to health and sharing your love and appetite for life with us. Your inspirational quotes are great - I'd like to put some on my blog - saying of course that I found them here! Many thanks Barb.
Looks cold, but lovely!
ReplyDeleteOh my, Barb, - that looks like a pretty cold day.
ReplyDeleteNicely stated and a great picture, - tells a frosty tale.
That's a haunting picture. You look so alone ... and yet we know you're not!

You painted a frosty picture with just a few words!
ReplyDeleteSo you did get out on the trails this weekend. Don't you love the sound of the trees in a storm? I like the pink tone this shot has.
ReplyDeleteGreat last line!
ReplyDeleteYou do have a way with words, Barb. I am enjoying your new blog.
ReplyDeleteLovely, lovely.

I always like to see you in the trees ... the pinkish tint to this is so warm, even though I can tell it's a nippin' day. xoxo.
