Peppermint Winter

Cold seeps under doors
Windows are freezing
Hugging the tea mug
Peppermint steam warms my face

This blog is beautiful Barb, what a lovely idea! The cold is seeping under my doors and I'm also hugging a tea mug as I write this looking out over the beautiful snow-covered forest.

Lovely. I know exactly how that kind of cold feels (though we don't have it here!), it's a good description. I also really love that the tea is peppermint--it's hot tea, but with a positively wintry character to it.
