Oh, this is gorgeous. I will have to memorize it so I can carry the words with me on my daily walks. I can think of so many jewels from yesterday -- for example, reaching the birch trees at one of the seawall parks just as the late afternoon sun illuminated the bark.
Thank you for visiting my blog yesterday -- so I could now follow you. Oh, I see a quote from John Muir in your sidebar -- well, I think your blog has just become another small stone in my Saturday.
Yes, and doesn't it give you a boost?
ReplyDeleteYou describe those precious moments when memory hands us as gift so beautifully Barb. I love your words, - when did I last use 'trove'?
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely image for this inspiring post.
ReplyDeleteI love the image your words have just planted in my mind.
ReplyDeleteThe warmth and beauty of your words diffuse themselves into my heart spreading softly but steadily. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteThe poem really works well with that picture!
ReplyDeleteJewels bursting through the trees and your words. A treasure.
ReplyDeleteYou have hearty eyes to the nature.
ReplyDeleteThere is something tender and begging to be photographed in your words, everywhere.

This is a very lovely stone, Barb. (And I like the new header too!)
ReplyDeleteLovely! A prism of colors, and poetry like a rhythm of musical notes.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful - really captures the moment
ReplyDeleteAnd how wonderful when that happens!
ReplyDeleteI love the new blog! Inspiring words!
