suddenly
a realization of longing
after a secret wish is
fulfilled
the arrival of spring in Denver
I'm enjoying the city while it continues to snow in Breckenridge.
Denver is blooming!
I fly to Arizona tomorrow.
I haven't seen my friend for a year.
We'll be road-tripping, talking, eating, playing...
did I mention talking?
Friends are always my One Good Thing!
true friends, you can catch up as though it was just yesterday when you last met. I can see you both burning lots of candles at the midnight hour. Great tramping, fine weather, and hope we'll see lots of photos. Cheers, Jean.
ReplyDeleteDenver is indeed in full bloom.
ReplyDeleteLoving it.
Your shots are gorgeous.
You are going to have a wonderful time with your friend, Barb.
Friends are surely One Good Thing.
Safe travels!

ReplyDeleteIt is mud season in Vermont, and with all the snow we had, I was prepared for a horrible one - but it's been almost nonexistent. I can never really tell around here...
Have a wonderful time!!! I am veering toward warmth now too!

ReplyDeleteThinking of you, Barb.
