Hi Barb my dear friend! I know I haven't written for a while, but I am checking in you regularly! It has been chilly here in the desert and I know you are enjoying your snow! It is so funny because whenever I watch the news in the evening and the weather I always smile when I hear your weather report and the talk of snow, I think of you and can see your excitement! We need the moisture here in desert and I wouldn't mind it for a change! Hubby is thinking of going ice fishing, I need to get him some good ice shoe slip-overs for his boots before they are gone at Cost-Co before he gets back from up North. He said they got some snow yesterday. He doesn't like it...he misses the southern sunshine! I miss him too and he has only been gone a couple of days.....I didn't know you were still being monitored, how long will it continue?
Nice to meet you Barb and I am glad you liked my crumpet. Guess they are banned from your healthy diet following such a big heart scare. I like your small stone today, too.
Thanks for reminding me of the beauty of the winter snow! Sometimes I forget and it becomes a nuisance to shovel. It really is something to be treasured and enjoyed.
beautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteOK Gal now you're making me jealous of your beautiful Colorado. Enjoy that powder Barb. I know you will. Carol
ReplyDeleteLike looking into a winter wonder land, or the land of Narnia!
ReplyDeleteThat's such a lovely and peaceful photo. Isn't the snow wonderful? I was getting tired of warmth and sunshine. ;)
ReplyDeleteWow.. just beautiful. I'm almost missing snow because of this image. Almost but not quite. I'm sure it'll come soon enough. Wonderful shot.
ReplyDeleteIt looks picture postcard perfect. Enjoy all the pleasures it brings.

ReplyDeleteSnow - how lovely! We have white ground due to a hard frost, but no snow...
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo. That would make a great Christmas card.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful image in words and photography. I can hear and feel the silent, soft cushion of snow.
